Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Naya360 ("we") runs an online service that creates fashion images with artificial intelligence for brands and fashion houses. The details of the legal entity will be added here once it is established. For any privacy matter, contact us at [email protected].
2. What information we collect
- Account details: email address, name, and a password stored only as a hash and never as plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your address, your name and a confirmation that the address is verified. We have no access to your email, your Drive or any other information in your Google account.
- Your content: images you upload (product images, inspiration images, models), texts and notes you write, and the images created for you.
- Usage and credits: which actions were taken and when, your credit balance and purchases.
- Security data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, to protect against intrusion attempts and abuse.
- Cookies: two functional cookies only: a sign-in (session) cookie that keeps you logged in, and a language cookie (
lang, one year) that remembers the language you chose. No advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use the information
To run the service and create the images you asked for, to secure accounts, to handle payments and credits, to provide support, and to send service messages (email verification, password reset, invitations). Marketing messages are sent only to those who agreed to receive them, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
4. Who we share it with (subprocessors)
We do not sell information. Your content is sent to the following providers only to run the service:

The providers process the content under their own terms of use. We do not use your content to train models of our own.
5. Images of people
You are responsible for having the right to upload every image, and for having the consent of every person shown in it. Images of minors may be uploaded only with the approval of a parent or guardian. Models created in the service are simulated figures, not real people.
6. How long we keep it
As long as the account is active. In an account that has no active subscription and in which no image has been created for 90 days, the images and files are deleted (after an email notice 7 days in advance). After an account is deleted we will delete the content and personal data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records). Encrypted backups are kept for up to 35 days and deleted automatically.
7. Security
The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), each account's data is isolated from other accounts, passwords are stored as a salted hash, and access to the system is restricted and logged. No system is completely immune, and we will report a security incident as required.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see your information, correct it, download it or delete it, and withdraw your consent to marketing emails. Write to us at [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will notify you by email of a material change.
